2009 The agency reaches 80 employees and moves into new offices near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It develops its consumer business and receives a Saber Awards nomination for for its 3M campaign. Publishes new issue of the International Corporate Values Index.
2007 Launches the Wellcom Network®, a regional network of PR agencies present in 10 French cities: Paris, Strasbourg, Lille, Nantes, Lille, Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Avignon, Marseille and Montpellier. Wellcom Network® offers a complete set of capabilities aimed primarily at national companies located in French regions, retailers and public sector organisations.
2006 The agency employs 50 people (10 of which work directly with Wellcom Marketing Services and 25 with Wellcom Public Relations). The ECCO Network has more that 40 affiliated or licensed companies throughout the world. The Corporate Values Index goes international, covering 12 countries and 4,000 companies.

2000 Wellcom is a charter member of the ECCO international communications network headquartered in London. The other charter members include Kinross & Render (United Kingdom), Bex* Van der Schans (The Netherlands), Dikom (Germany), Communication Matters (Austria) and Brand Central Station (United States).
1998 Wellcom offers B2B and B2C clients two areas of expertise: one in public relations and events and the other in advertising and marketing.
1995 Wellcom is one of the first agencies in France to integrate the Internet as a communications tool and creates the first online PR management website (Pressonline).
