He began his career at the AFP and worked in several agencies in the Eurocom group. He is the founder and a director of ECCO, a specialist in institutional communications. He is also the author of two books: 15 ans de signatures publicitaires (Dunod) and Démarche de la Valeur. He is in charge of strategic consulting and creative direction.

Philippe Lucas

He started his career as operational marketing specialist at American Express, IPC and GMS (Ted Bates Group), where he developed his expertise in image communications. He joined Wellcom in 1996 and became Managing Director in May 2000. He is in charge of strategic consulting and sales.

Stéphanie Bastide

Has over 10 years of professional experience, including nearly five years with Burson-Marsteller’s Communication-Public Affairs crisis department, one year with BBDO Corporate and five years with Beau Fixe, where she managed the Corporate/Services sector. With Wellcom since March 2006, she is responsible for strategic consulting, development and account management.

Jean-Maurice Galicy

Previously with SIRPA (DICOD), he has 12 years of experience in PR as a Strategic Director at the Harvard public relations agency and Médiatisés agency (specialised in audiovisual media). He also teaches at the CEFP (Centre Européen de Formation Professionnelle).
He joined Wellcom in July 2004 and is responsible for strategic consulting, new business development and account management. He is a regular contributor to media training sessions.




Jacky Isabello

15 years of experience in relations with the media.

Graduated from the ESG (Ecole Supérieure de Gestion). Several experiences in minister’s offices among which Jean-Pierre Raffarin’s one.
He took part to a report for the President of the Senate and he is the co-author of two books: one book about firm creation (published jointly by Jacob Duvernet and France Info); a second one about the end of wage earning (published by Editéa editions).
