He works with company executives and leaders to make their projects reality in a fast-moving, fast-changing world. He has been CEO of Wellcom since May 2000 and President since July 2019.

Caroline has over 20 years of experience in public relations and communications consulting including brand strategies and corporate, CSR & crisis communication. Before joining Wellcom, she was Managing Director at Hill & Knowlton Paris (WPP Group), where she was responsible for key national and international accounts.
STÉPHANIE BASTIDE

For over 25 years, Stéphanie has been helping companies manage relationships with different audiences, whether to promote or defend, preserve reputation or create preference. Stéphanie develops tailored influence strategies and injects uniqueness into brand communications. Contributing to a cross-functional approach, her multifaceted experience spans public affairs and crisis communication at Burson-Marsteller, corporate and public relations at BBDO Corporate and media relations and corporate services at Beau Fixe.
Stephanie is in charge of strategic consulting and key client accounts, as well as crisis communication training.
FRANÇOIS BELZ
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
François brings deep communications experience and knowledge to the agency’s brand strategies. He enables companies to establish multiple points of contact to engage different audiences. In 1988, François founded BVH, a communications agency specialising in B2B content. He later held strategic positions at several agencies, including MediaSystem Groupe Publicis, Terre de Sienne, L’Agence Carat Groupe Aegismedia and Groupe L’Express. In 2008, François was appointed Managing Director of the Corporate and Content Division at Sequoia. He joined Wellcom in 2012.
