For over 25 years, Stéphanie has supported businesses in their relations with the public, whether to promote or defend a company or brand, safeguard a reputation or create preference. Stéphanie develops tailor-made influence strategies and creates uniqueness in communication. Her experience in various positions at different public relations agencies (public affairs and crisis communication at Burson-Marsteller, corporate and public relations at BBDO Corporate, media relations and corporate services at Beau Fixe) contributes a cross-cutting approach to achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
Stéphanie is head of strategic consulting, key account development and management and sensitive and crisis communication management and training.
Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in public relations and communication consulting, including corporate communication, brand strategies, CSR communication, and sensitive and crisis communication. Before joining Wellcom, she was managing director of Hill & Knowlton Paris (WPP Group) in charge of consulting for national and international clients.
François puts his knowledge of all the communication professions to work for our clients’ brand strategies. He is responsible for rolling out brand languages and actions to allow companies to give points of contact and converse with all their in-house and external publics. François started his career in 1988 by founding BVH, a communication agency specialising in creating content for companies. Then he had strategic responsibilities in several agencies —MediaSystem Groupe Publicis, Terre de Sienne, L’Agence Carat Groupe Aegismedia—and the Express-Roularta press group. In 2008 François was Managing Director in charge of the Corporate and Content division at the SEQUOIA agency. He joined Wellcom in 2012.
For over 15 years, Sylvie, a brand strategy expert, has advised client companies and institutions on their positioning, branding and content creation strategies. Her job is to create or re-enchant brands. That requires seeking differentiation, knowing the company, its competitive environment and its uses, identifying sources of growth and innovation and combining co-construction, involvement and promotion skills. Sylvie also leads in-house and external communication change support programmes.
She joined Wellcom in 2002 after starting her career in the Publishing and Advertising departments at NEC Computers Europe.
Gabrielle de la Ville-Baugé
Gabrielle began her career at Gibory Consultants, where she held various positions during the 10 years she spent with this leading consulting firm in connecting advertisers and agencies.
After 2 years in San Francisco, she joined the PR agency Beau Fixe where she managed the business development for 3 years, and then took over the development management of the agency Prunelle, expert in nutritional marketing.
With a wealth of experience in digital entrepreneurship, she joined Wellcom in 2011 to manage business development.
